Bookings and site allocations

Sites are only allocated to exhibitors who have sent in a completed Application Form, confirmed by the organisers. Every effort is made to allocate space according to the exhibitor’s preferences. Please note the organisers reserve the right to allocate sites at their discretion and to alter allocations when necessary.

A professional security service operates on-site from 5pm Thursday 13 August until 12 noon on Saturday 22 August, 2020. For more information on the security service, view the Exhibitor Manual

the Land's Agquip review

The Land’s AgQuip Preview is a 35,000 circulation publication created specifically as a pre-event marketing tool to highlight what companies will be on display at Australia’s biggest agricultural field day event. With so many exhibitors and so little time, most visitors prefer to plan their trip in advance, so make every post a winner and ensure your potential customers know what you have on offer and where they can find you.

The Land’s AgQuip Preview carries a detailed site plan of the static display area, pavilions and a full listing of exhibitors, information about the field days and their individual advertisements. This is the publication that lets the farming communities know what to expect at AgQuip.
